About the Owner...

Dave Kitchen has been in the Construction Trade for 31 years. After college he moved to the Los Angles area in 1977 and worked for a large commercial construction firm on commercial Projects. Moved to Oregon in 1982 and began his own successful Construction Business. Dave moved to the Oregon Coast in 1990 and began developing experience in our very harsh and unique environment. He builds custom homes, remodels and additions and commercial buildings. He has integrity strives to be ethical, responsible and accountable to his clients. To provide a quality product with special attention to fine craftsmanship, energy efficiency, and comfort, along with cost effectiveness and practicality in construction that makes sense. Having been an engineering major in college Dave has a passion for Structural issues in his projects and strives to not only provide a quality product but also a strong product that will last the test of time.
